STM32 + FreeRTOS Tutorial

This is a self-guided tutorial for onboarding into STM32 and FreeRTOS projects. Currently this is based on Processor board as it’s the only board using STM32+FreeRTOS, but much of the info applies to both STM32 and FreeRTOS in general too.
